I have to be honest i don't know if i would have banned you but i would have for sure muted your ooc privileges at least for the day maybe longer . The server as you stated is a free a service and as such the Devs or especially Rogean have no obligation to anyone that plays here at all. I would imagine that is why he may have taken your statements the way he did.
