Honestly, the trouble is that the vast majority of people using this message board did not play EverQuest in 1999. If they had, they'd already know that everything in RnF is illegitimate, because they would have a working familiarity with the interwebs.

People really do need to lay off the Devs. Do I think they are perfect? No, are you perfect? No. They obviously try to do a good job and what they think is best for the server. We need to stop letting our player on player hate from turning into bullshit staff bashing.

And if they don't get banned its up to the rest of the community to put a stop to this garbage, their stupid drama is affecting the rest of us now, we are losing gm's, losing devs, getting denied content, and are possibly at risk of losing the entire server. Its up to us to get rids of these parasites, don't group with them, don't guild with them, don't respond to their adolescent posts, with no food the trolls will die

imo, close the forums except trade and server chat boards for a week with an appropriate message on frontpage and ban everyone who starts a flame post in server chat

staff should be aware that every single person posting in this forums, same if its a troll or someone sayin he leaves because of cheaters, are still ppl who play. if i realy wanted to leave, then i would just leave without notice (maybe one post, but thats about it)

everyone knows the value about this project and it is here to stay (hopefully)

I started a thread before that said we need to shut down R&F, and if people give you slack throw bans out. They make this game for our enjoyment.. and we take the enjoyment from them with our BS

Something ironic about someone who doesn't even play on the server coming here to tell the people that actually play on the server to stop posting on the server boards.

I'm not causing any of the devs/mods issues though, am I? My posts never cause issues or have to be forum policed. Sure, you might find me irritating, but I'm not being detrimental to the server as some of the other posters.

Few people enjoy being the bad guy, but that's what's needed here. Mods have been warning and banning in Server Chat. More is needed here and there.

Shutting down RnF if things are getting toxic seems just fine to me.
