Lie more. I've never used more then 2 charges on anyone and I've used a total of 9 charges throughout red99 and I still got 10 more wands in my bank (never recharged a single one)

Most of the times I used wands was in 1v6 situations in Solb! Holo raped 1v6 bro

if you are Selena then I wanded you once yes and didn't bother following you =p. But I love this change cuz I'ma farm hundreds of wands anyway and now all scrubs can't get two and recharge them. Thanks for the change Cast!
