also vamp curse and soul consumption was not landing (on me: the recourse) when I had some spell tolajump casted on me...maybe that is what the spell does...I'll have to look @ logs to see what spell it was, obvs a ench debuff

Edit: nm seems to be working! The buff just doesn't show.

BUMP for epic dot stacking. The epic being able to proc/stack multiple times hasn't been changed has it? The proc just refreshes the active buff instead of adding more

Bump for great justice. Recourse should stack with itself and appear multiple times on the buff bar.
