Game Mechanics: Charming and Fleeing mobs

then shouldnt pc spells be changed accordingly, so that los was only needed to start a cast, ie mobs running away you start a spell, it goes around a corner, you cant see your target. Fairs fair and it doesnt give the player an advantage over the mob.

Ofcourse bard would have to remain the way it is, since they can move and cast at the same time, which nullifies the need for the change, and could lead to exploit.

Thats not gonna happen even tho it would be less annoying when you cast on fleeing mobs that duck behind walls.
