I did research on this maybe a month ago. Yes this is velious erea stuff. Imbued jewelry gets put in game a month into the release of velious. I actually found an old post made by myself about how shit useless the imbued amber stuff was for clerics.

Any idea where we currently are on this? Seems like the spell should be in game already, available from Zordak Ragefire. I seriously remember this stuff being in game before velious.
