I do not believe customs were in with Velious launch, but after a while you could trade those helms for a custom version. Maybe more, I forget.

First to introduce it was Cowl of Mortality and only it had it for awhile, hence why it was in such major demand early on even when it wasn't that great.

It was only later that it was added to the faction armours and other helms in dungeons.

is there anyway we change from using spell book to left clicking spell gem to get spells up? somethings r not ment to be classic (aka binding in raid zones)
