as some1 who has done like 90000 windstrikers, I assure you all 3 genies can drop it. in fact on Live have gotten 2 in 1 kill off ol' mr. hands before (let Chadlek/pokeman loot 1). in fact isnt even all that rare, the real cockblock is the pearl and id argue the honey is rarer to get
