Faydwer banking/selling

i used the bank in ak'anon with my erudite necro... i conned indifferent to the banker there.... dunno if there's any guards that path in there though, it was a quick in/out for me.... just make sure to invis while moving through the city

You can go to the corner behind the banker window and Bosec won't see you.

That's why I said "she" - the banker will attack you from her side of the window if you're kos. She doesn't hit hard but it does stop you being able to bank.

Ah... I was looking at it from a KOS to guards which I was from killing them. But the banker never became KOS to me, on a different faction I guess.
