Quest Issue: Shovel of Ponz quest

the only thing i can guess is you turned it into the wrong NPC. before you think im kidding just look at how often that is the case in the bugs section. OP you should probably list your char name and roughly the time you turned it in so nilbog or someone can check it out.

I definitely gave it to the right NPC. It failed around 5:30 PM EST. Character name is Clear. Thanks again for your help and suggestions. = )

if you are convinced you gave those four items to that npc all at the same time, then try to petition it on the forums. gms can check if u gave those items to that mob and help you if you really did.

i've done this quest without any faction work so it should work just fine. good luck

while a GM/guide might see this post and respond, this is the bug report forum, where you post bugs.

for item reimbursement you want the petition/exploit forum and you want to post with the correct thread header and list all the details that you can. while you are at it you might want to link to this thread in your petition thread. petitions are only viewable by the person making the thread and the server staff.

typically a gm such as Ephi will read your petition and check what items you turned in to what mob, and then either recommend that sirken refund you the items and possibly that nilbog look at the quest if it appears bugged, or he will tell you something like "sorry, you actually turned in the wrong items to the wrong npc", but maybe someone with the power to refund items will be nice even if you made a mistake, but that all depends on your attitude, their mood, and their free time.

EDIT: as far as getting your items back, this isn't the right place to post. but if you just want to report a potentially broken quest then yes, this is the right place. also i didn't dot he shovel quest, i did the broom quest, so i can't confirm this works for sure.
