PSA: Sarnak Factions

Pending Sarnak changes reviewed and they are legit. In case there are any questions or concerns about how this works, faction is a running total between your character's history and base levels of how a particular faction regards you. It won't reset your faction, but it may modify the total in a way that drops you from dubious to threateningly. This isn't a gigantic change, but it's just enough to warrant a PSA as warning.

You may continue to wear until it is removed from slot.
