![]() I did that myself for about 6 months. Was in a new town and didn't have connections for the good stuff, so I said fuck it I'll try it out. It's definitely like weed x10 and feels great, but the low is as strong as the high if you do it too often.
One tip for OP - google Theanine. It's an extract from green tea leaves sold in vitamin/health stores that increases free dopamine in the brain. It's basically what gives green tea it's calming effect and mitigates the caffeine in it. Taper down from ~500-700mg over a month and your brain will be back to normal. Exercise also accelerates withdrawal recovery. | ||

![]() maybe try foods that have naturally occurring cannabinoids in them, like a bar of really dark chocolate.
also, maybe hemp milk would help the physical side of the withdrawals. hemp milk doesn't have anything that crosses the blood-brain barrier to get you mentally high, but it might help with the peripheral withdrawal effects.
