Yyyyyyyyyyyyyyyhyu do u people want to smell like assss n be gross hairy oily greasy.... Ughhh lol.

Having. mASSsive muscles sucked. It was incredibly uncomfortable. Im glad I can do a ton of planks now and my arms will stay skinny. M my calves aren't getting huge.

Still not real big. Getting a lot of gains in muscle . Still crash diving the weight into the ~18% range. Im at 23.9% now though it is likely a little bit higher anyway honestly due to critically deconditioned muscles. That are finally now just functional.

Starting to get that cute little curve at the small of my back.

I'm behind J in overall body curve and cutting by like a year maybe.

It was quite big last year. The dramatic 60lb weight loss has destroyed all the definition I had. Stomach is last to go. Then I may try putting some on to see if it all goes to hips.

I have massive stretch mark tracts on hips butt. Rear of thigh. And stomach.

I actually looked decent around 25% BMI, but I want to cut and sculpt an above avg figure.

I can pm pics if ur curious.
