The endgame on this server is just stupid. That's all there is to it. Mobs dying 5 minutes after spawning while each guild tries its best to follow some set of rules while we fraps/petition each other and make accusations of having the GMs in each others pockets.

Like here's a scenario that seems logical enough to me. Trak is ticking down to the last hour, both guilds mobilize. BDA says "ok TMO this is obviously going to become a shitstorm, How about TMO gets this Trak and BDA gets the next one?"

But instead it would be let's see who can FTE and let the GM sort it out after the fact while we accuse each other of being shady.

I know which one sounds better to me. I'm pretty sure it's the scenario where people grow the fuck up and act like adults instead of a bunch of keyboard warriors hiding behind the anonymity of the Internet.

That sounds too much like rotations, and 9 people on this server don't want rotations, so the server doesn't get them.

you are talking out of your ass, my reasons for come back couldn't be further from this statement, i had probably 2 members of VD on my friends list prior to my (triumphant) return. although now i consider them to be true friends and part of the family. and for what its worth i would trade a Nietche and Knix for a Yendor and a Cecily any day.

I'm really not up in arms about it, but since you guys started contesting us for stuff, the amount of derp you have brought to the game yourselves has exceeded by a long shot what we have brought. I say this with the most sincere and cordial friendliness, but it really is the truth. I enjoy the fact that you guys are bringing it somewhat, but some of the stuff you have tried to pull with Chest bending the new training rules and taking the law into your own hands and such is clearly bullshit. I think the staff is cutting you a break trying to foster interest, and we haven't exactly been all over your ass with petitions (at least we weren't at first) like we would have been with our old opposition. TMO are the rules-lawyer champions of this server, so anything Chest may have learned, he has TMO to thank. However, I will agree with your last statement: I hope all guilds on the server are held equally accountable for their rule breaking.

This will never happen because TMO wants "competition". You need GMs when FTE is decided by <1sec. You don't need GMs when players come to their own agreements. Until TMO, BDA, and everybody else decides to not leapfrog each other, we'll need GMs. BDA, and VD before them, attempt(ed) to develop agreements on specific highly contested mobs while allowing free competition on the rest of the server, but neither guild has been able to reach consensus with TMO.

Finally: It has once again been proven that Neitche is up there with Harrison in the sophistication of his delusions.

A rotation wouldn't even be hard. Rotate the major mobs that are always a clusterfuck (VS, Trak, CT, and Inny) leave everything else FTE and BDA agrees to stay out of VP for a predetermined amount of time.

Rotation would have the caveat that you have 30 mins to engage or it goes FTE that way there's never long gaps where mobs aren't killed.

No stupid RnF pissing contests, no fraps cameraman, little to no GM involvement, and overall a healthier raiding environment for the server to encourage other guilds to work towards harder targets. Right now what is there to look forward to if you're trying to see the endgame?
