Can you name a single policy (Trump or GOP) that has actually helped poor Americans? Not just "feel good because we hurt the brown people" but actually showed any tangible benefit?

Certainly. The veteran's administration changes have helped a LOT of lower end income vets with both their immediate needs and where they can be treated. My father who is retired and on a fixed income has had several notable improvements in obtaining hearing aids at a lower cost as well as locally, in addition to having his pacemaker replaced in Shasta County as opposed to having to head to parts further south in the state to have it done.
Costs for prescription drugs is also coming down thanks to the reduced waiting time required for generic brands and competitive pricing from other drug companies that didn't actually invent a particular product. My mother's been able to get a cheaper form of Magnesium from her local store that is a direct result of that policy change of Trump's.
Next question?
edit - I'm going to add in Trump hammering out a deal with North Korea on this one too, on behalf of all the poor people in the USA now not having to deal with a wartime economy that Hillary would have put us into for certain.
