yeah because when the Whitehouse approved the transfer, it was declined by the democrat led house (for still yet to be investigated reasons).

It is, it says in that pdf that's all there is no reason to debate, the smoking gun is right there.

They just want to word salad the debate and turn it into a popularity contest like this legislative branch trial thats on prime time TV on all news channels.
