Eccezan raged out publicly before anyone had the chance to speak with him. He wasn't a real part of the leadership since the reform anyways. Why do we want a guy who steals from the guildbank and acts like a total fucktard as an officer?

Shinko, although abrasive, is honestly one of the fairest and kind hearted people on the server. Good trade imo.
