So excited for this announcement. The war going on in my head over what class to start and where to go is going to be raging for months now.

I mean, Shaman, Bard, or Chanter?

Shaman are going to be fucking everywhere, but for good reason, they are OP forever. Bards are going to be a cancer, but if you can't beat em, join em. And Chanters are always a great choice, but once raiding starts it's time to make an alt rather than be a clarity/haste whore for hours on end....

Tough choice.

True, though to be fair, not at launch, and there wasn't the same kind of race for levels. On Green it will definitely be really tough to find space to level for the first few months.

It is not overpowered. It is game-altering. The game was designed so that each classes need each other for something, some more than others. Ring of the Dead was one step in the other direction, and they didn't want to go that way.
