Today was:
Backsquat:
10@72% of 1RM
8@77% of 1RM
6@81% of 1RM
4@85% of 1RM
2@90% of 1RM

Grace for Time:
30 - clean and jerk @135

I did 360 for the back squat, with my max currently at 400. Finished Grace in 2:57.

Looking forward to reading more gains! I don't do diets, so I won't have much to say about that, very happy being strong and thick [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.].

Not joking, 2:57 was my time when I did Grace on 3/4/19

BS #s are nice. Yesterday strength was Front Squat with 4 sec pause at bottom. 1 rep every 30 sec for 10 reps, performed mine at 235# (my 85%)

HS walk work, and death by burpees at the end (I hate them)

Death by burpees is the worst, and I can’t handstand walk, so there’s that.

Felt all proud of my new Grace PR until I asked the gym owner his time...1:47...

I’ve almost completely walked away from deadlifts. Anything over 400 leaves me in pain. My squats will pass dead’s soon.

Kudos to you for getting back on it!
