I think Sirken ended up DTing the monks doing the training and the cleric that was camped up there to rez their raid force.

It was amusing. This amusement factor is exactly why we need Lord Bob on this server. Sure they try to grab their own wrists and bite their own ears, but we need folks like that to keep things fresh.

This is sadly true.

Most of the members of dolj are stand up dudes, good people I've had the pleasure of spending time with. However, the leadership is too weak to adopt an underdog/rise to success method. Hyjal has a personal vendetta somewhere and that's costing an entire guild of good people to suffer under promises that won't be kept. Even we dolj actually does snag a fear or hate trash run, only a handful of the same members even get any of the loot. You think people will even stick around with shenanigans like that? Most already know ur racing thru sky to RE GEAR those same people instead of gearing the rest of your members in fear or hate, one of the main reasons I left. Another would be proposing to charge a guild shaman for a banked tear rather than doing fear. Like I said, great members, vindictive and selfish leader.

Are you the guy that left cause we didn't run fear / hate often and you had poor attendance? I see people getting gear all the time in sky/hate/fear when we run them... Not the "same people" each time either. We're on loot council, if you make the raids and are contributing you're going to get loot. If you show up to only fear/hate once a month you won't get anything.
