You forgot the part though where I mentioned all the $$$ in pork and over-estimated defense contracts that goes to management and corporate boards of directors types that are making a killing in profits, stocks, & personal incomes from a lot of the DoD defense budget. Obviously there isn't going to be too much oversight and watch-dogging of this when these mega companies fund the campaigns of the politicians and then will hire them later on for something dependable and/or lucrative if they acted like good political pets while they were "representing the people." This is just *PART* of what some call corporate welfare or could be referred to as socialism for mega corps. Can we agree we are both against this? And of course this applies to many mega industries - not just defense. But defense companies and other companies like big oil make a good chunk of this corporate welfare.
Why the name-calling if you're winning an argument?

We are in agreement on this. This is not a partisan issue, however. BOTH parties refuse to address the inefficiencies, just like BOTH PARTIES are failing to address how mega corporations being able to buy their own public stock back and then distribute it freely as bonuses to their executive board is causing massive inflation in the stock market which is why we're looking at another recession around the corner.
Wanna know why BOTH PARTIES ignore this while they stand around with their dicks in their hands jizzing all over each others' shoes? Because Citizens United, and lobbyist are cutting them all in on the deal. Neither party is addressing systemic issues. Don't pretend like the democrats a flying fuck about this. What did Obama do in 8 years in office to combat these ponzi schemes?
