Back and shoulders are stronger, but as I’ve been running, my bench has gone down. Oh well. Weight is down too

I have squats tonight, supposed to hit an AMRAP set at 420lbs/190kg. Wish me luck. If I die, my 50 plat and level 12 necro goes to the kind druid who ported me to NK earlier this afternoon

I feel like my legs should be bigger than they are. Im not moving IMPRESSIVE weight by any means in my lifts (405 hip thrust for 8-10 pause reps, 6 plates on leg press for 6-10 on good days, my squats suck though, 205 for 6 but i had a low back injury before and im working on it.) But they still look scrawny to me lol

Deadlifts ?

I feel like the deadlift is better than all of those things

315, but I also do hex bar so im "cheating." Im working on progressive overload again on the big ones. Glutes are definitely strongest part of my low body so once my lower back and core can catch up I'm sure I'll rocket back up.

I use hex bar too, that builds quads better anyway. I’d start going up on that. I honestly hate the leg press, I think it’s useless. Maybe work on form with squats?

Mead is probably the better person for this. Mead where u at bud

Haha I’m around. I’m glad the thread is still going strong. I don’t have the energy to pour into it anymore though.

The gym I was going to shut down for a while then limited their hours. I bought a home and made my own gym. Ordered a bunch of stuff from rogue and found some stuff on letgo. I finally completely it this past week. Pretty psyched. Will be getting back to my pre Covid Size.
