This premise is analogous to many things in life. Consider it is 11:59 p.m. of August 9th and your license expires August 10th. You are driving and it is now 12:01 a.m. of August 10th. If you had been pulled over 2 minutes prior you would not have had an expired license, but being pulled over at 12:01 means you are going to be arrested and your car impounded

I don't see how it can be automatic if it required executive action to waive.

Kinda reeks of white privilege and Aaron Rodgers has always seemed like a douche, but I don't think any of these fellas should be penalized for doing any drugs at all

At least the NFL has eased up on weed, reportedly. It's not like it gives any player an advantage
