If you're not allowed to be armed but being watched over by an armed gang, you aren't a citizen, you're livestock. I think the second amendment is already too watered-down as it is, but I'm willing to move if you include all law enforcement and domestically-deployed military or other government agents along with whatever level of civilian disarmament you propose.
