server is very laggy in general due to having a massive population and being located in europe(like every other WoW emu server)

I usually quest half a level, and grind the other half. Grinding is just as good as questing exp wise. Some places are efficient to stack the quests, and grind while doing all the stacked quests. Questing and following the "theme park" isn't required.

My ping over my wifi in Chicago is about 135ms. Server stability has improved a bunch over the past few months, but you will still get the occasional crash. The worst part is that GMs are hands-off when it comes to loot lost due to crashes. We've lost probably 4 bosses of loot over 8 months.

They're implementing dynamic resource nodes tomorrow (finally) in preparation with AQ war effort. Previously, nodes were set at Blizzard-rates which poses a problem as this server is 4x more populated than a capped live server. Not to mention that players are a lot more knowledgeable at farming nodes.
