i was a little slowed down yesterday due to scar tissue hurting for the first time ever. I went to the gym anyway but didn't go too hard on back/biceps day. Swam 750yds.

then i got stoned and watched Godfather II and ate:

- a 3 piece KFC meal of drumstick and two thighs with biscuit, mashed potato, and mac n cheese
- gummi worms
- strawberry sour belts
- ghiradeli chocolates

Do you use a foam roller? I hurt like a mother fucker if I don't use one for 20 minutes after lifting

No; the pain is on my abdomen underneath scar from a surgery I had last year. I had it before wokring out. not muscular soreness. have you used foam roller on scar tissue to success?
