Cherry picking the article really isn't worth it. I could just as easily quote:

Americans earning between $75,000 and $100,000 would pay about $240 less on average, while those earning between $50,000 and $75,000 would pay about $540 less.

Then there is the factor that it was written by Foxnews; could be construed as bias with even one comment saying "Fox spin is in overdrive as usual.."
