Chest said he couldn't kill ALL the puppets before the trigger respawned as duo. Not that he couldn't duo it. Its easily duo'able. Scout and Ring War had special rules made for them /shrug

I think it has something to do with computer science when someone put half of a code in the computer post and you click the button so it fills in half of the code hanging in space please computer science
