They would still suck at it unless they like to watch a lot of porn and learn from it.

Had a disappointing handjob recently, buddy?
Hey man, action is action, it's more than a lot of dudes here are getting. Even a shitty game beats no game

Getting handjobs is like eating pizza without cheese on it.
I guess it's better than nothing...

Next 5k lined up. Target acquired
Not sure how hard I will go on this one. I want to go hard, but how the hell am I going to enjoy chocolate and candy when I am running 9mph+ gulping air? The race seems casual but yet is still timed I want to start working up to a 10k possibly as well. I mean I could already lightly jog a 10k or even half marathon atm while chatting with someone no problem. But I would like to see if my joints can hold up on a semi-sprint of at least a 10k (Parts redacted for privacy)

Lesser known gym tips:
1. Anything that feels awkward initially, will not stay awkward, especially to someone who hasn’t been lifting for a long time. Over a long period of time, your mind will “find” your muscles, a combination of them developing more and you figuring out the brain signals to isolate/move them. It’s known as mind muscle connection. TLDR: given enough time, most things don’t stay awkward 2. It’s considered polite if there’s room to move so as to not block someone’s view of the closest mirror to them. This is ONLY if there is considerable room to move somewhere slightly to the side, otherwise they can go fuck themselves. This is not a vanity thing, it’s because mirrors can be crucial to keep tabs on form. And it’s also a vanity thing [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] 3. A way to rationalize always putting weights back (besides not being a dick) is it is an unorthodox lift in itself, develops functional movements, and burns calories. A friend explained it like this to me and I used it ever since 4. It’s considered slightly rude to tie up a machine like squat racks for longer than 30min periods of time. Usually better to break up a longer time into 2 mini-sessions spaced 15-20 min apart, because if it’s busy I guarantee you someone is angrily eye fucking you running out of their time frame to work out that day Will add more sometime as I think of them
