Hey Blake, good to catch you. I had been thinking about what we were talking about, particularly your comments about how you expect electrics will result in a loss of popular interest in autos. We have some historic predecence for that: When railroads shifted from steam to diesel power, the public imagination almost immediately lost interest as the smoke, smell, sound, and motion of steam engines was replaced by nondescript boxes on wheels. So, yeah, it could happen.

Hey, you're the one claiming a guy with "room temperature IQ" is directing his legal team on complicated legal matters...

He does have room temperature IQ, but that doesn’t mean he can’t issue directions to his team of lawyers. Rudy Guliani is a real person who… used to represent him? Can’t keep up with this guy’s in and outs.

Teams of lawyers represent all kinds of people. A former president would need them.

So he's all powerful.

And not powerful at all.

Lmao. Okay.

Morons and smart people can both hire lawyers. Those lawyers themselves might be morons too, or they might be smart.

You do with that what you will.

The bad court thingy

Quote:
In the Supreme Court filing, the department described it “as an unprecedented order by the district court restricting the Executive Branch’s use of its own highly classified records in an ongoing criminal investigation and directing the dissemination of those records outside the Executive Branch for a special-master review.”

...

The department again dismissed the relevance of the Trump team’s assertions that Trump, as president, had absolute declassification authority
These seems contradictory to each other.

I was wondering about that. I assume since it's listed as DoJ advises the court, that scotus technically has the final say. R.. right?
