Can't this easily be traced through logs? I have witnessed people do it in mass pvp while gms were in zone, then told about it and pretty much did nothing. Can't you easily find out if IP was used to kick the player out at around XXX time?

As you have been told like 900x in the past (or at the very least ppl in your guild have been told repeatedly - NO. that's not something easily searchable - in fact I don't know that it's even something we log. I'm sure if it's useful that rogean logs it but I don't have direct access to it. I have to submit my query to nilbog who runs queries for me.

as for people doing stuff with me in the zone - if i'm not lookin at em - dude how can i punish them??? that would be like someone saying "Crazycloud trained me" and providing me no evidence but because i was in the zone choosing to suspend you. Any time i've suspended anyone I had evidence.

situation: we chase grey out of lower guk to innothule, jaleean (enc) catches him as he tries to book it out towards the swamp, and immediately /q's but doesn't get out before we can kill him.

I'm just not seeing what you're seeing. All that shows is Grey /q'ing. It doesn't show him/her trying to /q instantly. Quitting out of the game mid-pvp is legitimate so long as you don't poof out of the game less than 30 seconds later. If a Bard chain mezzes you but you don't think they have the DPS to kill you in 30 seconds then you should be able to /q out to avoid grief.
