Just know this if you are going to fight Holocaust

Lite will approach you and inform you that you will either give leadership of the pvp and raids to him (and loot distribution) or you will have Azrael also attacking you.

Basically, I regret to inform you until you turn Lite in for boxxing and remove him from this server, he will crush your xp groups and deny helping you in the struggle. As far as staying on top? He's doing some great work for us ensuring no one can ever form an effective resistance (see Nihilum's rule previously), however, as a person championing server growth and wanting another guild to rise up... it sucks. Mucho due to El Presidente.

Either he gets to be the boss, or no one does.

Well, we are now and this is the best advice you're ever going to get if you want to take down Holo.
