Yep coffee till lunch
Whey Protein Isolate shake for lunch ( 2 scoops ) 50g protein 240kcal Then whatever the fuck I want for dinner, as long as it include 120g/protein; easiest way to maintain a deficit. Gotta drop 3% body fat before the wedding at the end of June. between 16% and 17% right now at 6'2" 205lb. | ||

-9 hour work day today as usual.
-Public transportation commute (1hr) from work to the gym. -Jog home where my lovely girlfriend will be cooking us a proper post workout dinner -Stuff monies and sweets into cute little eggs where we will enjoy hiding them come sunday for her son [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] -Enjoy the evening -Hop in bed around 8pm, watch Daria and chit chat until she dozes off happily.. -I then make my appearence in norrath for an hour or 2 [You must be logged in to view images. I think I like public transportation commuting a lot, personally. Gives me like an hour or so to mentally prepare or unwind. Marc train was cool and I can get to to DC or Baltimore for not tooo many monies.
