Keep in mind some mobs cant be hit with any magic unless you are in melee range. That said, I believe you are correct, and also that click items get interrupted much less than spells. I can click my JBB, get hit 3 times in 8 seconds and have a 90% chance of casting thru the hits, whereas Bane of Nife is only a 5 sec cast but one hit will interrupt me about half the time. I have maxed spell skills for level 58 as well. JBB usually hits for full damage even on higher level stuff provided they arent super cold resistant ( if the are I malosini them ).

Better when they get some of those high 50s-60 spells...

Malo neg 68(pvp) to fire cold magic poison, unresistable.
5 sec cast w/o focus.

Malosini neg 90 (pvp) to the same saves. Resistable but mr may well be low enough after the first hits. Might not be worth bothering though as the first should be enough in most cases. 3 sec cast.

Insidious Decay neg 60 dr (pvp) 1 sec cast.

Pox 2k(pve) dr dot in 18 ticks. 5 sec cast w/o focus.

Bane 1650(pve) pr dot in 7 ticks. Only useful if the target has pretty low pr. See above though. 5 sec cast w/o focus.

Torpor 1200 heal for 200 manna over 4 ticks 6 sec cast w/o focus. Also snares and slows.

Can't say I was getting chain earth pet rooted on live (EVER) so I can't comment on torpor.

As far as Malo/DMF, I don't recall that pal. It mighta been some goof up after their post Luclin/PoP spell changes. No comment other than that though.

Splurt removes the druid "skin" buff with hp regeneration on them, on red 99.

It should stack with everything in game, it has no stacking issue on al'kabor.

No, it's merely cosmetic. The Splurt icon replaces the skin icon at its position in the buff stack on the client, but it doesn't actually overwrite it on the server. Zoning or logging out/in corrects this display issue.

Right now splurt doesn't stack with shaman epic dot, curse of the spirits, although it should.
