He'd be a deciding factor.. I did enjoy the WoL campaign for the most part but I don't see why after they had the template/system developed that we couldn't get at least 2 campaigns out of this one and then a full 3 campaigns out of the coming toss xpac.

Funny how now in the score screen it shows how many actions per minute you have. I'm definitely not as hyper or skilled as dem koreans !

Yea back in the day I loved Zerg blood, I loved the mass spawn stuff. I played 2v2s in WoL when it first came out, I got into Diamond or Platinum I think just doing zealot rush or prox cannon and other cheese strats. Then I got bored and wanted to see tons of units rush each other.

Desert Strike is fun, probably my favorite in current SC. I have $100 on my bnet acct from RMT in D3, I'll buy HoS I guess.

Not sure 2 mostly gimmick units I could care less about for each side and a single campaign is worth giving them 40$ more. It's becoming a matter of not supporting companies that are fat and lazy, or owned by scumbags now.

Brood War introduced new units and upgrades for all teams that were bad ass and in most cases core new units. It also introduced 3 entire campaigns.

The difference being some unit customization shit in the campaign, and some cut scenes that are "Hollywood quality". No thxu.

What should they have added? Infested command centers / maybe even Nexus for zerg and bad ass units like Defilers and Corsairs or put in upgrades for units that don't see a lot of love. I heard they pulled burrow charge for the ultra... but what replaced it?

I really don't care for the treatment of the capital ships or "Hive" level tech in this game, except for zerg. Carriers and battlecruisers are garbage, the only team with a "game changing" late game tech is zerg in my opinion. A full supply of marines/medivacs shouldn't laugh its ass off as it plows through a force of carriers. I mean.. wtf. Yes, I tried using terrain or the "space" outside the map but all the interceptors just instantly exploded. 90% of games I played were a decided by massing the marine/medivac/marauder ball vs similar units, few others saw the light of day. Base defenses in SC2 were pretty comical as well. Take the siege tank for instance... what a joke compared to the old one.

It's just not an RTS that sucks me in and makes me want to get any better or invest time in it. I'll just wait and see what word of mouth says before any time is invested.

Yeah well, they're releasing Diablo 3 on PS4! With 4 player OFFLINE mode.

Fucking hypocritical... *mumble*

lol, even jay wilson abandoned D3, last time i logged in nearly puked in my mouth.

I'll agree that sc2 campaign should be wayyy longer but I still gotta play lol. I did enjoy marine arena 2 for a while till they changed the map. And the risk games are always fun. but nothing beat turning on your teammate at the very end of a game in classic SC and getting that solo win [You must be logged in to view images. Or playing terran, allying someone when they came near your vulture mine field and then unallying them when they were perfectly over top of the mine field.

(KABOOM)

Player leaves.

That's why I rush every single game, without fail. If my team doesn't want to attack with me by 6 minutes, I just leave, and start a new game with people who will.

I have to admit, with AoE2 being the last RTS I played before SC2, that I was amazed I could rush at 3.5 minutes instead of 11.
