Well, Erudites can't use the BFG [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.], or Kerran Fishing pole, or Qeynos Shield. Off the top of my head.
Bah... You toy with my emotions. Dwarf can't use The Qeynos Shield either.

Side note: We didn't have any artifacts drop in the game yet have we?

Bring back the old Big Soul Devourer and I think we would have a new contender for the best pally 1 hander in classic...

Edit: Not to mention easily the best Paladin stats in the game. Erudite/Paladin is THE worst combination stat-wise for any class in the game. No one was playing the combination so Verant tried to entice people to play them with better loot. I'm assuming they just slapped the HUM tag on Aldryn because honestly there were probably very few ERU/PAL who could even complete a PoSky quest at the time, but it's totally an Erudite Paladin themed weapon.
