Alot of these things like changes to rogue hide (I suspect much whining here, and trust me, its not over yet: check out the skill based thread in bugs), NPCs adding social aggro, corpse drag causing aggro near Velious faction NPCs, max resists of 255.. etc. All of this may seem "annoying" to you guys, but they are classic game mechanics, part of the experience and a reason that this game used to require serious organization, execution, and yes at times strange work arounds or life saving/ending "weird mechanics".

The thing that will always irk me with this server is just because something was classic doesn't mean it should exist here if it was a genuine bug / mistake, I.e the sword off intuka or w/e in sky. But yet the vision of this server is that even that should be recreated if possible. O well w/e

You are correct on some things, as I mentioned above. But you are horribly wrong on other things. Like the 20% gate thing, also you are totally off on Traks AE as well.

You might have played your own character to enjoy the experience if you weren't getting a title anyways in retrospect right

I remember mobs gating on live a lot more than they did here pre patch, but then again in seb on live every mob was perma camped and if it gated it meant it prolly moved two inches behind you.

Lol I posted evidence of a 20% gate in numerous cases, not just Trakanon.
Esorpa of the Ring has her own special gate mechanics and she will gate I think as high as 40% even if pulled off her spot. On a real live server, each NPC has its own encounter table, even if many are almost carbon copies. For instance, if max resist is 255, how can Phinny be immune to lure of ice? Answer: he is flagged as a "water encounter" type of NPC. Who knows wtf is going on here.
