![]() I hold the unpopular opinion that exp rate is too high. I think a group xp bonus would do a lot more for the server than our current flat bonus. People leave the server because they aren't interacting with people and making friends. Also, teams. I polled some bluebies and tons of them are interested in a teams server, so whenever they get around to coding teams in I think population will see a big influx of new players.
-Remove xp bonus entirely -Add in BIG scaling group bonus (more party members, more bonus) -Teams -General niceness Let's seriously put in some effort toward not griefing our population away.

![]() We're faced with two extreme suggestions (keep exp rate insanely high, nerf solo exp rate to baseline). Middle way.
Scale back solo exp rate some (not all the way), add in group bonus.
