I've done shrooms like 3 times, and E probably about the same. I wouldn't be the type that just does it 3 times a week anyways :P

E is really bad for you if you use it regularly. It doesn't put holes in your brain (rofl) like they used to say it did, but it will definitely bring on a nasty depression and other side effects like that. Shrooms don't really have a comedown at all, whereas E will make you feel drained and depressed (you've totally blasted all the seratonin out of your body, of course you're going to feel sad).

Worst part about E though, is that people will use it then go to raves in the middle of the desert and dance for 8 hours without taking a sip of water while they proceed to sweat out all their body's hydration. Next thing you know they're in an ambulance because they are having a heat stroke.

Drink water! Lots of it! You WILL get heat stroke if you don't.

yay. maybe there wont be as many deaths/hospitalizations this year.

Fucking idiots go into the desert with a bottle of water for 2 days of dancing and wonder why the end up with heat stroke.
i have the opposite problem. I'll get heatstroke, then wonder how I ended up in the desert, looking at a tortoise flipped over on its back, and I'm not helping.
