My bro rents a room in my basement, we both play. It basically is an IP exemption work around while you wait the 1-30 days for it to go through.

We have our exemption now but I kept it to do crap like stream local MLB games and crap that restricts you geographically.

Just keep in mind that using a VPN to by-pass the lack of an IP Exemption is still against the server rules if you get caught.
