Its kinda sorta, just stay outta places like Unrest and you will never encounter a twink usually, most of the time its just end-game pvp/trolling while the low levels catch up, with the occasional powerlevelling group...

If you ever have any interest in R99, let me know, I still want to form that guild and not only that but I plan to make a bard soon for PLvling purposes and do not mind helping people with 1-30 or whatever [You must be logged in to view images. Also like i said is xp going from 200 to 20? I thought P99 was 20 already

200 to 20? i dont understand what you are talking about. Can you elaborate?

And no, you really only need 25-30 people and most people might not even be on when a raidboss is spawning or near spawn. Most people are phoned/texted and you'll all the sudden see both Nihi and Azrael go from 5-6 members each to 15+ in the matter of 10-15 minutes.

The population is sort of their, I want to say their are 125-150 consistent players that atleast hop on for a little bit through the day.

But that attitude of "oh the pops so low why even bother" is also a reason why when servers get low on pop, they usually never recover or they have to do an overhaul or big release to get people playing again.
