The next guild needs to understand their guilds play times and focus on what they can accomplish during those peak hours. Keep it organized so you know what is available and take down what you can when the guild is at peak numbers. Velious will obviously help with this but with the influx of new blue players to this server there is still a lot of content for a new guild.

For you geared out vets with high play times that are not in Nihilum, I see why you are frustrated. If you are completely geared out and the only progression left relies on a guild to contest VP content or dragons that spawn at 6 am, PvE progression isn't going to happen. You are going to have to find something else to enjoy on this server or just give it up. If you finally do take the plunge into Nihilum and start raiding at 6 am you might find it isn't all it was cracked up to be.

What has been most shocking to me on this server is the unwillingness of people to shake things up. Right now with nihilum raiding 40+ deep, if you're a new app you have zero shot at any of the loot you'd be hoping for: PD loot, AoN etc., and you'll get all the loot you could've gotten anyway without having to raid. If instead these people would make their own guild of 24 people to compete, they'd ultimately get far more pixels, do so more with more excitement, and have thriving competition.

A big problem with this is when content is done. Nihilum won't face a force of 20-30 if they can manage to avoid it, and they can.

You need to be able to log in at 6 am with a force of 24 people, and that's not fun or realistic.

To be honest those 6 am raids aren't so bad. It only takes an hour and a half and I end up getting more stuff done in the apartment and I get into work early.
