The problem was the exp was too slow when the server opened. The pop tanked once people saw how painfully slow it was to level. Out of 700 people in the beginning, I bet at LEAST half did not make it past lv 4.

Today, the server has several issues. This is coming from the eyes of a lowbie:

1) You have one main guild who has VP gear and is ganking all of the lv 52's.
2) You are either a low level just starting or already 60. The ones who are lower level are mainly twinks, so it makes it hard for someone like me with no gear to compete.
3) When new people start and see how bad the exp is, they log off.

This will never change, especially since many are waiting for teams99.
I LITERALLY quit after 24 cuz i got griefed by the exp, then went to wow then came back and was near top 2 guilds then when server starated.

pop tanked when the server chain crashed for the first weak from lag and also from no guard assist where people were getting bind camped for exp loss at cities and banks

god it was fucking glorious, the weak were hunted like DOGS

man wish there was an actual red server like that again

True, the lag etc did not help. However the classic grind is what became the final nail in the coffin. The 8 level gap also finished off what was left. I remember a group of us were leveling in unrest and a few guys 8 levels higher would come and steamroll us. Not fun times bros.

I know what Zade is up to:

Quote:
Mozambique - verb, noun. Term refers to a method of semi-ritual murder with origins in the namesake, by three gunshots at very close range. A victim is first shot twice in the chest, then once in the forehead in rapid succession.
I'm all about that shit.
