This needs bumped! Lots of pure casters bracers are rotting(magician and necromancers mostly!). Also the weight of the gods are rotting.

chicanery fraid you're misinformed. w a 30 min corpse timer you simply need to be nearish a wiz spire or wiz bind. mob dies - wizzie dies while grouped w necro, wizzie procures stone ports you up, he or key master kill you, summon, rez, loot, fall. Wizzie takes rez. Or for laziness wizzie falls, let's keys poof, picks you up, gets a summon as well.

Well then, if he's wrong, then it's wrong on this server. Haste cap is supposed to be 74% (at level 50) according to all the research I've seen.
