Is root rotting a good alternative? Just curious.

If so, where is a good place to go for that?

I have been quadding with Lumi since 46. Just get out of range and click it until it fires. Easy Peazy. Since I am 51 now I am concentrating on my Chanter alt while I wait for velious. So one less quadder out there for now.

Root rotting and Quadding are not good alternatives to charming.

For charming:

14-24 - North/East Karana - Griffins / Wolves
24-30 - Everfrost - Mammoths
30-54 - Kedge - Everything except mermaids** expert level required
30-50 - Overthere - rhino, tigers, cocks
54-60 - Permafrost - Bears, wolves and spiders in pit. If duo can do IGs

Grats on 60, now be a boss.

Chickens aren't charmable... least the ones in DL aren't. They are demon spawn...

Where is the pit in permafrost? Never been there

Kinda skeptical about charming in a narrow dungeon, since charms always break.

Giants and other large mobs are currently impractical to kill with lumi staff with latest mob runspeed changes. They fixed quads breaking apart at low health but the runspeed is still too fast.

+1 on Dreadlands. So many mobs are light blue to my lvl 56, im sure a lot are blue at 53. And if all else fails, can kill the skele's which are much higher level.

Charming is out of the question because charms always break. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
This is everquest not easyquest. If you suck, practice.
