AoE Runnyeye Will fix guard factions and I think iirc will boost 1 or 2 RV factions

the faction you need for epic is Storm Reapers (Ella Foodcrafter is on Rivervale Druid Faction, that's what they are) -

The only way to get faction with Storm Reapers is to slay goblins, and lots of them. I suggest you clear all camps in misty, then zone into Runnyeye and clear a bit, zone back out to kill repops, zone back in, etc.

It took me a while to fix that faction. Do not expect this to be done in a few sessions. It is boring as hell, and repops inside runnyeye take longer than in misty. faction wise they all give the same, it doesn't matter which ones you kill, so keeping the misty ones clear is the most efficient way of doing it

easiest way I have found is to just run around misty, run up to every goblin and hit him with my weapon, agro all the goblins in the zone, and then DS myself and spam /sit, until they all die. rinse and repeat every 6 minutes

Or just drop all of them with Upheaval.

I know this isn't classic, but I remember when EQ2 was first released I had to afk for some random reason and left my Necromancer at some random spot in the Commonlands and came back to see whispers from a GM checking if I was a bot or not.

I just told them I went afk and they said, "Oh - Well you're not allowed to afk with a pet out"

In Guiild Wars 2 my account was permanently banned for going AFK near one of those public quest NPC's. I was just reading forums and moving my character every 10 minutes (for about 30 minutes) so the stupid game doesn't log me out. I was unknowingly getting experience every time people completed the public quest, although very little due to not contributing anything.

I'd post a picture of the explanation they gave me, but Photobucket is terrible and isn't loading.

And I can remember mage and necro friends doing afk kills all night long in eq2 and never being bothered.

/shrug

I dont play a pet class anyways so i really don't care, but was wondering if there was a hard and fast rule about it, because I have never seen it mentioned.

While I am very much against cheating I find leveling bots such a minimal offense it isn't even worth punishing.

the merbs in the gorge have the same factions as runnyeye, are lower level, and maybe be a little easier to round up for the upheaval. plus all that factioning could earn you a decent item too: http://wiki.project1999.com/Whirling_Agate

That sounds like a much easier idea and one that I could likely readily do at level 40 in my off/bored time. Especially with the possibility of that item (or a few others I saw on the same mob) popping.

Thanks for the advice, I may earthquake the shit out of this place.
