But really, I don't know why he isn't considered a raid mob and you're forbidden from tagging when sitting on his spawn point. Yet a shitty mob like Maestro or Draco you can't even be in the same zone when it spawns.

Tl;dr - Close down Blue and Red for a month for forced Beta.

Red players didn't get the warmest welcome on beta, and there's not much in terms of testing pvp mechanics... why shut red down?

Red players still have to quest Skyshrine, Kael and Thurg gear....do the Shawl/Rings....kill things in ToV/Sleepers/WW

Put up some pvp flags on the beta server then and let red pals test resists and get some strategies down on there, places to snipe from, etc.

It's more geared for blue players testing pve content at the moment, I'd say.
