Not a george foreman. It was pouring out yesturday. I use that indoor grill when weather aint so nice. Put a rub on the outside, char both sides for 4 mins and into the oven covered for 15 mins.
The picture was when I started and sent to my mother to get her to come over.

next time its rainy: put your cast iron skillet in your oven at 500 degrees (F) till its hotter than all hell, take pan out and put it on your gas stove top on high heat, throw the steak on for about a minute on each side then turn off oven/stove and put the pan & steak back in for a couple minutes. perfection.

Misread part though. Fuck da rain, do this always.

Too much margin for error on barbecue. If you don't have a smoker, should be broiling for that precision cook everytime.

im pretty sure a guy so lazy he's using a george foreman past college hasn't invested in a gas range or be using and maintaining cast iron
