Links will copy over this way... but I have noticed there is no way to retain quotes... so I would have to redo all the quotes in my feedback thread every single time...

It takes all of 2 minutes to change editing permissions for individual subforms on vbulletin, if the admins can't figure it out I'd be glad to help.

I know you're just joking, but seriously there's a reason why this forum (in 2015) still looks like it's from the late 90's. Awhile back Rogean tried to update the forums to a newer version of vBulletin, and the reaction was ... strong [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

A lot of folks here really do want everything, including the forums, to be as classic as possible.

It was probably implemented so people can't go weeks or months back and edit out there posts. I remember Dredge deleted all his posts in an attempt to avoid a ban.

But yes, ECT should be the exception

Forum editing was as much a feature of message boards in 1999 as it is today.
