Lots of new players interested in progressing from the bottom up, not the other way around. There are a few people who can't handle red without converting a massive amount of blue pp to red and level up with damn near BIS droppables who are going to app to the winning side right away. Happened with Nilly and happening now. Can't stop those serious bluebies from taking the easy route. If you are lookin for hand-outs and minimal work, GG is not for you.

Was gonna say, why would Empire be so concerned about our growing guild but then I saw who was OP. Drama queen flip flopping fire giant who can't handle the pressures of having to do anything. 100% Empire recruiting him more as a "blow" to GG than actually wanting him since everyone I've ever met on both sides can't stand him. Glad that nerd is gone, all he did was cry in TS and talk about gearing his alts.

noone has left? also not protecting our exp grps? lol.

i expect more propoganda to come, fact is we have been getting dragons, and we have had round the clock exp grps. if anyone leaves thats fine, our guild isnt going to be for everyone.

but the simple fact is good guys has made more progress in 1 week than any other guild has in the last 8 months.

I have not left, but I can see why some people are. I thought about it. Four different cultures, changes to raid dynamics, and now being part of a zerg have made a huge difference. I'm an introvert who likes smaller groups and usually just listens to TS, rarely contribute.

However, if I want there to be an alternative to Empire and encourage competition I need to support this. I am just going to solo my final four levels, farm seafuries to gear up, ans help out on raids when I can. It's not enjoyable, but it has to be done.

I don't think I am the norm for the guild though, there seems to be a lot of collaboration across former guild lines helping each other out. That is very cool to see.

I will add that in my experience guild leadership has been amazing, having been privy for some reason (maybe because I never talk) to some delicate conversations they were having and how they deal with it all. Kudos GG leaders.

good guys has to be very strategic is how it operates, if people cant understand why the leadership is making the calls it is, it is because they have not been on the server for 5 years like the leadership has.

so far we are way ahead of our expectations.
